This plant-based option utilizes vegan burnt ends, double smoked with vegan BBQ sauce that holds a smokey flavor. The “meat” is slow-roasted until caramelized for a slightly sweet BBQ taste, sandwiched within a brioche bun.

These street tacos utilize grilled tortillas loaded with brisket and seasoned with pico de gallo. They’re topped with queso fresco for. a cheesy crumble. The freshness of the guasacaca is balanced by the crème fraîche, topped with fresh chopped cilantro.
